Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and truly delighting our clients. We also depend on high client satisfaction and word of mouth to generate additional business. Accordingly, Path To Asia has a very generous refund policy, and all refunds are handled personally by management on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please Contact Us to explain the situation and request a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification must be conducted in writing via email instance. In order to complete cancellation, all charges for services rendered at the time of cancellation must be paid for. We reserve the right to levy a $15 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Refunds shall be offered solely at the discretion of Path To Asia. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
